2. Took 10 - 15 minutes to check in, granted it probably wasnt their fault people had issues, but still 10 - 15 minutes after a 16hr car ride = not fun.

3. This issues were serious and I would have switched hotels but had too much to do to take care of my ailing Mother and my 2 kids.

4. Several issues in no particular order: 1) Pool area: pool needs rennovation - tiles falling off, mold behind tiles, plaster coming off in several locations, electrical exposed around pool perimeter with live wires sticking up, cigarette butts/trash throughout pool area.

7. The next room the a/c was not working and maintenance never came to fix it, because they were tending to a small fire in the laundry room, which brings up a whole other issue.
