1. And, unlike others who posted, I did not have serious problems being connected to the internet, which was free.

8. found out we were on the 6th floor and i have a bit of a problem with getting sick on the elevators so the front desk asked if i would like to change rooms to the first floor but i declined and took the 6th floor room.

9. Asked for a late check-out, not a problem says front desk, however when we went to check out, we couldn't since the front desk said they were unable to check out anyone at the time, but they would send me a receipt via fax or e-mail if I needed one.
