4. The issues I had with the hotel were the sink in our room clogged up and the room smelled muggy or mildewy.

7. The coffee bar did not open on time (6AM), and the non-smoking room that was confirmed by phone the day before did not exist - the desk clerk indicated that they have no guarantees of non-smoking rooms, and we accepted a downgraded double bed room because of this issue.
