1. Parking at the hotel was a bit difficult because you have to circle the block to in order to access the parking garage or street parking.

3. While there are some sights to see downtown, and the area is very safe to walk at night, the area is going through an extreme makeover and there lots of construction going on, making it difficult to walk around.
