2. Rooms were clean--staff pleasant--but the cookies we kept smelling were available only by request and out of the 7 days we were there--we only got them once.

3. At times the hallways and room smelled of smoke, and the smokers in the rooms below mine and next to mine felt that they had a right to smoke in their rooms as long as they walked over to the window to blow the smoke through the screen.
