1. I was at meetings most of the day, but at night, the hotel was mostly filled with families & kids who were a little loud, but never obnoxious.

2. Very convenient access to the nice walking/biking trails along the river, but also led to one night of loud parties in the parking lot along the river which kept us awake.

3. We had a pool-facing view on the 2nd floor, and the pool wasn`t that busy, it was loud only in the afternoon, when we would be out.
