1. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, but would advise them about the so-called "cooking facilities"; without plates or silverware, the microwave barely qualifies as a "reheating facility.

For a relatively modest rate, we were afforded a suite (a real suite that provided privacy between the two large rooms), complimentary continental breakfast brought right to the suite at no extra charge, two high-quality TVs, free use of computers with Internet access, and other extras beyond the 'bare minimum.
