2. Aside from being old and worn out, the room was filthy with mould growing in the bathroom, wallpaper and paint peeling in the bathroom, and the toilet had large black crud growing in it , a piece of something that "probably was" stuck to the bowl and more splatters of something on the wall behind the toilet.

3. smells coming from rooms next door and the corridors, bedding that had holes and worn out, swipe cards that consistently did not work - had to have front desk re-issue all w/e.
