Although we were early they should have had something out it was after the time it was supposed to be openThe lobby may have had air-conditioning problems as there was non and there were fans blowing The desk help was very nice and did help with directions but I asked for nothing else , the check in was easy as it was a pre reserved and I paid absolutely nothing .
