1. A 'Boom Boom' party was going on in the back banquet hall, with plenty of noise, cars with lots of bass, and lots of people walking by, yelling and laughing all night outside our door.

2. rude front desk clerks, no Heat or A/C, loud construction noises, filthy small bathrooms, which is probably the reason why no websites that promote the Inn show pictures of them.
