4. I have experienced very minor issues while staying here such as my room was not cleaned one day.

5. My only issue which is not the hotels fault is the difficult 'roundabout' exit which is confusing and its hard to see the exit if you are not familiar with the area, which I am not as I do not live in upstate ny.

6. Another odd thing is that the sink was outside of the bathroom but when you think about it, that works fine but others may have an issue with that.
