1. The downside of this room, was that there was no fridge and it was a little further away from shopping, and the downtown area.

2. A downside is that that bathroom is extremely small but that is made up for with hardwood floor and curved shower rod that actually makes the shower feel bigger then it actually is (hard to believe until you try it).
