1. 1) I found that the bed was hard and pillows were not very good (but husband really liked the bed and pillows so it is definately a personal thing) 2) We were on the 1st floor and turned the heat up to as high as it would go and the room only stayed at 70 degrees the whole time .

2. My only issue which is not the hotels fault is the difficult 'roundabout' exit which is confusing and its hard to see the exit if you are not familiar with the area, which I am not as I do not live in upstate ny.

3. Not too hard, not too soft, and plenty roomy for hubby and me.

4. A downside is that that bathroom is extremely small but that is made up for with hardwood floor and curved shower rod that actually makes the shower feel bigger then it actually is (hard to believe until you try it).
