2. I really liked that I had a feather pillow and the bed was double sheeted, unfortunately we still had the use the bed cover for warmth and I don't like those at all.

8. unfortunately when we got to our room, our room looked like it was not cleaned- towels were used, pillows had someone else`s hair on it, soap was used etc.
