1. The bathroom fans could have worked better, we often got whiffs of 'bathroom smells' in the hallway as we walked between our room and the lobby.

8. They first put us in one of their less than desirable rooms (less clean and less convenient first floor was facing the parking lot) but when I complained of the smoke smell and location they did relocate us to an upper level floor.

10. I found a fair amount of dog hair in the room when we checked in and my mother (who was traveling with us and staying in the room next to us, which was not adjoining) said that it smelled like dog.
