1. The personnel is very friendly - it seems like everyone in Spokane is - but I have to say that I wish they'd made it clearer that there are 2 hotels of the same chain so close to one another, because I'm sure I'm not the first to make this mistake.

2. Someone made a big mistake with our reservation in Nov, and cancelled all but one of our rooms, which I discovered in April - three weeks before graduation.
