3. After settling into our room, our experience continued to go downhill: thin walls and doors as we could hear a kid crying in the next room and doors slamming in the hallway, one phone in the suite did not work, coffee maker leaked, no one answered at the front desk the first night around 9:45pm and the following morning around 10:40am, no one answered room service after four tries of calling between 10:30am and 10:40am, apathetic front desk staff behaving more like staff you would find at a Motel 6, no sheets and blankets provided for the pull-out sofa in the main living area, no shower caps in either of the two bathrooms in our suite, and a mildew -smelling gym.
