9. Didn't like the elevators at all, they made very loud & unusual noises and we didn't feel very safe in them.

10. The room I was assigned had problems with the sink (wouldn't drain properly), the heating (an in wall unit that was loud and kept the room either too hot or too cold) and the wireless internet service (unencrypted and calls to tech support could not resolve the problem).
