2. In my only complaint about staff, when I asked at the front desk about breakfast places nearby and mentioned that we were asking because, clearly, their restaurant was closed, the woman working replied 'Well, it IS 1030' which I thought was a bit disrespectful.

8. Only complaint would be that our room was not cleaned until after 3 PM; however in the hotels defense this could have been because we decided to stay an extra night and the staff may have thought we were checking out on the first day thus the delay.
