1. The towels are the worst we have had in all the hotels we have stayed in, so please throw away the towels and spend some money on improving the bathrooms , and this will be a nice place to stay.

3. Nobody ended up staying here, getting confirmation emails took several phone calls, and dealing with this poorly managed hotel was the worst part of my wedding.

4. Granted, I think we ended up stuck with one of the worst rooms possible (ground floor right underneath the staircase), but still - we could hear everyone around us slamming their doors, hauling their luggage up the stairs, and stumbling in with their friends at 2AM.
