1. Two problems: First, figuring out the heat (it requires setting the thermostat, then turning on a switch all the way across the room behind the drapes); second, I put a 'do not disturb' sign on my door, and housekeeping called me--TWICE--to confirm that I didn't want to be disturbed.

2. We called The Lemon Tree Inn to not only ask for some kind of compensation, but more importantly, let them know there was a problem so that future guests would not be plagued with this not only irritating, but potentially harmful issue.

3. What compounds the problem is the thin walls and the fact that you can hear people next door to you.

5. 50, It isn`t much but I chose them because of this service and the advertised refrigerators in rooms which also wasn`t available (and a problem as I am on a special diet.

7. have stayed at the lemon tree and sister hotel the orange tree on several occasions over the years and have never had a problem of any kindthe new section at the lemon tree is quite an improvement to the aging but remodeled old part this oaisis is in the center of town is convenient to everything staff was more than friendly and did everthing to make our stay comfortable and private the orange tree is a bit closer to night life and you can walk back to the hotel if need be after a night of fun on the town.
