1. We called The Lemon Tree Inn to not only ask for some kind of compensation, but more importantly, let them know there was a problem so that future guests would not be plagued with this not only irritating, but potentially harmful issue.

3. The staff is generally very nice (except the asian chick who books rooms during the day, she is very rude & always claims to not have availability?) and I`ve never had an issue with cleanliness.

5. There was not a manager on duty to discuss the issues with until the following morning and the front desk staff just kept shugging her shoulders and blowing me off.
