4. I called and complained twice and the staff did nothing more then tell them to be quiet, which didn't work.

5. When we called down to the front desk to complain, they sent someone up who told us to turn the thermostat up to 90 and turn fan 'on' since they run cool water through pipes in the warmer months and this is supposed to generate cool air in the rooms??.

6. We complained about the room and were told that because we made the reservation directly with the hotel, there is nothing Best Western would do.

7. We did not complain in the middle of the night because we felt like what difference would it make, we`d just be put in another hot room with an uncomfortable bed & kept hoping we would fall asleep.

9. They acted as if they had no idea in what we were talking about with the noise, which I find VERY hard to believe that no one has ever complained about that noise before ( we even spoke to the people in the room next to us who heard the sound all night too) and the clerk actually asked us if it was the water pipes or the air conditioning pipes.
