1. The renovation probably did the best job one can do with such an old building, however, the soundproof is poor in the rooms that I could hear noise coming from all four walls - TV next door to me, the shower running in the room above, chatting in the hallway and worst of all, the hotel is right next to a busy train crossing that the horns will wake you up at 5am EVERY DAY.

2. Who says being poor can`t be fun?If you are on a budget, want to be close to the beach and don`t mind being near the railroad tracks, this is the place for you.
