1. Then there's the super loud fan in the shower room (that is on as soon as you switch on the light) - so loud that you can hear your neighbour's as clearly as if it was your own.

2. It is also located right next to railway tracks, and the horns of the trains are loud, but I wasn`t really disturbed though I have a light sleep.

3. Yes the trains are very loud, yes you need to share bathrooms ( something i usually hate ), but at the price you cant expect much more.
