1. Maybe we're not light sleepers, but we didn't seem to have issues with noise - maybe because there weren't as many kids staying the weekend we were there? Or maybe it was all the wide imbibed after a long day of tasting up in Santa Ynez =).

2. The hot tub had temperature issues at first (too cold), then it was scalding hot, but the last 4 days of our 10-day stay it was just right.
