2. The pool area is also average; the hot tub was not working during our stay of three nights and never did get fixed which was too bad.

3. Both were competent and good additions to Santa Barbara which is notoriously stocked with bad restaurants that look nice at the entry way but they count on the fact you won't be back as a tourist/visitor.
