1. mold in the bathroom around the window, a broken cold water faucet in the shower, my husband kept hitting his head on the shower head (he is 5'10'' shower head 5')and when he turned the water off, well at least the hot water, he was blasted with a nice sray of cold since it kept going around and around as he tried to make it stop.
