2. Neither was there any shelving: when will hoteliers learn that travellers want space to empty out their toiletries? The redeeming feature is the roof level sun area and pool, and that's the only thing that upgrades this review from 'terrible' to 'poor' - but only just.

3. It's hard to find the rooms too, because the direction signs on the walls outside the lift are poor and confusing, but when we got there, it was clean and very cool.

4. First day was a bit of an ordeal, with delays in service and some pretty poor quality food, but the second morning saw a slight improvement and it's pretty standard fare.

The following evening, after finding out about the wedding taking place on the rooftop and being amazed at the crowds from the wedding also occupying the first floor bar and lounge, and unable to get the attention of the ONE poor crazed server who was making a valiant attempt to serve the masses, we again approached the valet for our car - we didn`t need this aggravation AGAIN.
