1. The disappointing experience continued when there were no cups at the water machine next to the pool and some people (who were visiting a guest of the hotel) were very loud all afternoon at the pool so ruined the relaxing experience we were trying to have.

3. The rooms are loud: you can hear drunk guests in other rooms talking, you hear doors slamming, it's not very quiet.
