1. Instead of paying for one of the extremely pricey beach hotels with tiny rooms, we opted for a roomier alternative: a two-room family suite at this off-freeway hotel, which proved to be an excellent choice.

Are you in the building?To say that the facility needs remodeling is a gross understatement - even the light switches and phones were from the 70s (imagine your wake up ring)We had a tiny patio with two brown and gold chairs overlooking the parking lot but if you wanted to get in on the real action, head down to the swamp, I mean lagoon, that runs around the property.
