1. I had a little maintenance problem with the light, and it was fixed while I was at dinner.

6. Main problem for me is that there is no wifi in the hotel and wired internet access or use of business center is expensive, therefore not the best for the business traveller.

7. I heard the same noise, however I only heard it once, and it stopped, maybe they have fixed the problem? The woman working in the gift shop was very nice.

When I asked for the service to be taken off of my bill after the first day of non-function the front desk clerk was reluctant to remove the charge until I lost patience with his unwelcome attempt at troubleshooting - I had spent 30 minutes on the help line working on getting the problem resolved that morning without correction.
