3. Funny, but I signed an agreement for a $150 non-smoking fee (none of us smoked, anyway) but when we were ushered to our room, it reeked of tobacco so bad that I started coughing.

9. It was bad i should of calledfor a manager but we just wanted to go and have fun i also should of called hilton honors and told them but it would of just landed on deaf ears with them saying the manager will call you Right.
