1. In other words, lack of professionalism bothered me and as a Starwood person staying at a Hilton property, hardly inspired any confidence for the future.

10. Outwardly this hotel seemed to be everything I would expect from Doubletree/Hilton, but the rooms lacked the comfort and cleanliness that would keep me coming back.
