1. In other words, lack of professionalism bothered me and as a Starwood person staying at a Hilton property, hardly inspired any confidence for the future.

5. The one thing that was hard a the hotel is the parking ramp, I park in ramps all the time and this was a tight fit making turns in an SUV.

7. If you like loud music in the lobby, a cramped, hard to navigate parking structure, and people smoking pot in the parking structure then this is the place for you.

9. we planned our trip with expedia and we read hundreds of reviews on all kinds of places to stay and it was so mixed reviews and was hard to pick we found the double tree club and mixed reviews threw me around until we saw the family suites then we decided to give it a try.
