2. Only 4 very very minor issues:1) bathroom ventilation is quite noisy and constant (but I guess I got used to it) 2) lack of boiling kettle for a cup of tea (perculator and microwave provided, awkward for those who drink tea).

3. The only thing lacking is their fitness center is small, real small, but the equipment is at least newer/nice.
