1. The only one negative is the location - it's not on one of the main streets and about a mile or two from the freeway and a bit hard to find.

2. As many other reviews mention I can also confirm the quality of the rooms (excellent) and overall appearance of the hotel (very well maintained) and this is certainly seems the result of being privately owned by hard working and hands on proprietors.
