1. Since the treatment, the room is completely clear of all bed bugs, and we have had no further complaints.

2. Upon his checkout the room was put out of order for a deep cleaning (a standard operating procedure for any room occupied over a week), and it was then that our housekeeping team noticed the bed bugs.
