3. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you think it might be for you, I would check with the desk to get a room that can be accessed without stairs.

4. The first time I stayed here the noise was the problem (Thin walls) I tried a different room this time but when someone took a shower, it sounded like they were in my room with the door open.
