9. I usually stay at Marriott, Hyatt, or Westin so I might be judging it unfairly but I felt the room needed some renovation and the air conditioning unit was very loud.

10. The downsides, which didn`t bother me particularly, but need to be noted: the rooms are set up condo-style with 4 or so units to one building, and when the room next to ours had the shower on, we could hear the water rushing through the pipes pretty loudly.
