1. We thought the distance was going to be an issue but it didn't bother us but please expect to take a 25 min drive if you want to go to downtown san Diego.

2. The bathroom area has very little counter space and although I do not travel with a lot of toiletries, I had issue placing all the things I did bring on the counter.
