1. Joe on the front desk is the most helpful young man, he is awesome and saved the day for us when another staff member had given us the wrong information on a tour we wanted to do.

2. Our expections were rather low and having not stayed in a Holiday Inn hotel for a very long time because we felt they were rather old run down hotels, however, this Holiday Inn Express defientely proved us wrong.
