1. some areas i walked by smelled of urine- advertised as downtown but i guess it was not the nicer part of downtowni knew most of the -'s before i left but didn't really realize it until i went.

4. Even tho the hotel claims to be non-smoking, guests smoke on the balconies, so the smell of smoke is everywhere and we could not use or open our balcony.
