1. The only tiny negative experience we had was when we checked in: the person on duty could not find our our booking but we showed our voucher, she made a telephone call and then found us a room.

4. The rooms are smaller than most Holiday Inn Express Rooms, but that doesn't matter as the staff is so wonderful you forget about the inconsequential negatives.
