1. Firstly location - we thought the whole area was shabby and down at heel, we were advised that there are no restaurants within walking distance and the trip to Downtown and the Gaslight Quarter took over half an hour in the car and this was just too far for us.

4. Sure the view is great and weekend breakfast was decent (fresh, homemade waffles, and Costco muffins, croissants and bagels, plus some fruit), but the bed linens were a bit shabby, the mattress uncomfortable, and could have used some ceiling fans.
