4. It is affordable Mexican food with expensive, watered down margaritas and a really great queso dipping sauce that is complimentary and comes with warm tortilla chips.

6. Its a bohemian area, but growing up quick as you see a lot of young families and couples w/dogs strolling around some cute cottages/digs, but abeit very expensive digs.
