At one point, my room had no air, but I was able to open the sliding door, though it was
hard
ly fresh: my balcony overlooked the freeway and the open door invited the hot, humid air with the 100+ decibel freeway noise into the room.

The front desk staff was friendly but did not understand the hotel's promotion and gave me a
hard
time about the number of breakfast coupons, which made checking in for 3 rooms and 7 people stressful.
