1. As we were packing up to leave our clothes felt damp, I guess from the AC unit? Also, they charge a fee for printing in the business center -- Holiday Inn Expresses don't charge for printing so this as kind of annoying.

7. That bathroom doors were sliding doors and didn't have a lock - which was a little annoying since our one year old kept wanting to play in the bathroom.
