1. The only complaint is that even though we were far away from the elevator we could hear it operating every time it went up and down.

4. complaints are food quality is poor for breakfast, room didn't feel super clean, and they need an earlier shuttle than 6am on a Friday (all us East Coasters have flights leaving about then).
