1. tub gurgled entire stay, water was turned off because of some problems and was off for 16 hours, room cleaners did not clean rooms correctly all this was reported to front desk.

Despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with the bed, that the drains were unclogged within a day when I reported them, that there were no billing or noise problems, and that all the personnel were pleasant enough, the many shortcomings earn this hotel the distinction of being the worst value for the money of anywhere I have stayed in my life.

8. It seems that San Antonio has cricket problems at this time of year, which is fine, but the hotel should try harder to keep them out of the rooms.
